Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you want to remove Vungle. We are happy to help.

These steps may help. Please try the steps here: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

"How to delete an app

  1. Touch and hold the app.
  2. Tap Remove App Remove App icon.
  3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

Keep in mind that some built-in Apple apps can't be deleted from your device, so you might not see the option to delete an app. Here’s a list of built-in Apple apps you can delete from your device. If you can't delete an app that's not made by Apple, disable parental controls, then try deleting the app again.

If you touch and hold an app from the Home Screen and the apps start to jiggle:

  1. Tap the Remove icon  in the upper-left corner of the app.
  2. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
  3. Tap Done."

If you are still unable to delete, we recommend using the steps here to contact the app developer: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

"Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
