Why am I being overcharged?

I’m trying to get more space on my iCloud and I’m picking the $2.99 choice. But It’s trying to charge my card $21.61

Why am I being overcharged????

It may be a charge for something else. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to information about charges to your account. Apple has a support article about charges — see each of the steps in the following instructions.
