The iPhone 6s and the 6s Plus were released one year later in 2015, and yes, have better hardware, CPU and RAM than the 6 and 6 Plus.
Similar to how the iPhone 14 is newer and better than the iPhone 13.
Kilted Tim above is probably correct. What is the model number in Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ Model?
You cannot have iOS 14 on an iPhone 6, you need an iPhone 6s or later for that.
You would need to get a newer iPhone.
I suggest charging your phone first or plugging it into a charger and then trying the update again.

That’s because you do NOT have a 6s plus. You have a 6 plus. That model can not be updated any further than ios 12.5.7.
