Syncing Music
I am trying to sync my iTunes library across multiple devices, but the "settings" option under music is not showing. Any insight?
iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

The option to do this automatically requires that you have a subscription to Apple Music or iTunes Match. See Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support.
