Weird symmetrical circles on ip13 pro

I recently bought a brand new iPhone 13 pro from an authorized apple reseller (july 2022). The phone was sealed and brand new and seems to be working well, except for these weird circles that have been showing up on my screen whenever it’s smudged. The circles are always there and in the same position on the screen. They don’t affect functionality, but they are very annoying. I am wondering if this is a common thing with these phones, or if apple can do anything about them. I live in a country where only authorized resellers carry apple products. There are no real Apple stores. They didn’t seem to want to acknowledge the problem. If someone knows anything about this, I would love to understand more.
