Every time I load up Logic Pro, it wants to use my iPhone as an external mic.
I NEVER want that. It's pretty annoying to have to manually disconnect it every time.
Where can I turn this off?

Search for "Continuity Camera" in your iPhone's settings and switch it off. Just that toggle only. That will solve your issue. Enjoy! :)

Go to "Audio Midi Setup" (a separate App to Logic x), found here : Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Audio Midi Setup.
Open Audio Midi Setup (with Logic quit), & go to the Window menu (top of your screen), & click "Show Audio Devices". Check to see whether your iPhone is listed as an audio device... if it is, select it & click on the the "-" (minus) sign located bottom left corner. (This should remove it permanently).
Alternatively, you could always switch off the mic input on your iPhone (if you don't use it much), or try Airplane Mode?
Logic Pro > Preferences > Audio > Devices > Output Device
Logic Pro > Preferences > Audio > Devices > Input Device
choose your device(s) here.
Just in case, choose something else, then go back to device you like. When finshed press Apply.

Thanks, but I had already done that.
The problem is not that I can’t disconnect it manually, after it’s connected automatically.
The problem is that it keeps connecting automatically, every time I load up logic, already during the slash screen.
I just want it to forget my iPhone and never use it again…
But I don’t know where to find the settings for continuity camera/ microphone.

That does work! (It does also turns off my camera for photo booth, which I do sometimes use. It would be nice if continuity microphone would be a separate toggle.) But thanks!
if you ever find out how to just disconnect the microphone please let me know! I made the same mistake by accidentally allowing logic to use my iPhone mic now I'm cursed with the constant pinging SMH
