How can I email JPEGs to Outlook users so they're not embedded?

This has been a problem for years! I'm constantly being asked by Outlook users to send attachments and not embedded images (attachments can be downloaded quickly and easily, embedded images are a pain). The only work-around is to Zip the images first and then email them.

Plain or Rich Text does not make any difference and I've tried everything possible in preferences. I have scoured the internet on many occasions over the years for a fix but, no one seems to have a solution.

This is a lot more important than you might realize - please develop a fix.

zip has been around a long time, I never found it to be an issue, they open locally

no need to download...that seems more inefficient to me(?)
