3 questions What is the highest ram and highest SSD that can be used in a MacBook Pro 7’1 mid 2010

I have a MacBook pro 7’1 mid 2010 and I kinda want to make it more usable these days and I don't know which ssd has the most space for large stuff and also fast for that mac and which ram is good because it can support 16gb but few rams on that specific mac do the job done. And for the third question which I did not shown on the top due to being very long I'm asking it here, my MacBook pro is stuck at the snow leopard no matter what files I download I can't just make it to high sierra any helps?

The 2010 MacBook Pro 1066mhz RAM. You can add faster RAM, but it won't be faster as its limited by the actual bus speed in that Mac which tops off at 1066.

You can install pretty any size SSD you want to it as long as it fits. 2TB seems to be the top tier for laptops.

I suggest MacSales.com for high quality upgrade parts.

A 2010 Mac can update to High Sierra just fine.

You need to install El Capitan first however. You cannot go straight to High Sierra. You need to download the El Capitan installer first, and then the High Sierra installer form the following link. click here ➜ How to download macOS - Apple Support

Run El Capitan installer, and once it's done, you can run the High Sierra installer.

Thank you. Also is there also a good battery brand for it? And for the ram I want to max out the availability of how much ram I can put, it doesn’t matter if it works like 8gb but but I want the ram to not overuse the cpu gpu because I have seen cases in Apple website where they but 16gb ram and it overused while it’s only on desktop. So there is 2tb or more for that brand? Sorry if I’m seen to not understand to much because I want to upgrade it and better not worse than before. Thank you again :)

Don't know of any good 3rd party batteries, but honestly, at this point, I would hardly recommend putting any more money into such an old computer. It would be better to save your money and try to buy a slightly newer one instead.

As for the RAM, that makes no sense. RAM does not use the CPU. CPU uses RAM. Having more RAM will not affect the CPU, and in fact will improve performance of the CPU, since it has more space to store thing it is using, making access to them faster.
