Updating IOS version on cellular
How can I update iPhone 11 Pro from iOS 16.2 to 16.3.1 on Cellular (do not have Wi-Fi)
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16
Make sure you have unlimited cellular.
In Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data make sure 4G is on.
In Cellular Data Options make sure Low Data Mode is off.
In Cellular on the bottom make sure Wi-Fi assist is on and iCloud Drive also is on.
I don’t guarantee that this will help as this is typically on 5G models only but I managed to download an update on my 11 Pro Max with Cellular.
