Can we sort in iCloud photos and videos by size?

If apple is really committed to environmental stewardship, it would allow us to sort iCloud photos and videos by size and avoid wasteful storage. You would rather make it more difficult to delete large files and sell more storage. Shameful.

deleting photos and videos from iCloud I deleted all photos and videos from iCloud photos, but iCloud doesn't notice it and keep messaging me that ma iCloud storage is full. How to really delete photos from iCloud?

I have my photos stored in icloud and I have deleted all photos from my desktop, but I saw it still using ~9 gb of my computer storage space, is that normal?
