Original Apple ID and passcode not available

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have purchase an iPad you cannot use. When setting up the iPad, if it ask you for the apple id and password for the original apple id then it will not let you go any further until you enter that in.
To completely remove the apple id and password with enter it in would require submitting an activation lock request. In those cases you would need to have the original purchase receipt for that How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

It says that my Apple ID is not. It’s been D register from iCloud or Apple ID from iTunes I mean.
