Do you mean Settings > Privacy and Security > Location > System Services > Networking and Wireless?
If so, whether you leave it on is entirely up to you. All of the options in this menu are system services which use your location data. Some of it makes sense, like Emergency Calls and SOS. I'd leave that one on, haha. But for Networking and Wireless, when you try to turn it off, it says "Turning off location for networking and wireless may affect Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ultra Wideband performance". I would recommend just trying it. If nothing breaks, you can decide for yourself whether to leave it on.

Yes, that is exactly what I mean, and I did see "Turning off location for networking and wireless may affect Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ultra Wideband performance". I was concerned that there might be some adverse effect.
