I put the my new iphone pro max in the charge at 1:17 am and went to sleep. I wake up at 4 am to find out that the screen went black and did not open at all. I searched online and made the suggestion of pressing the up vol button, then the down vol button for a while. Then, I pressed the right button for 30-40 sec but it did not work. Please advise
