My iPhone 14 pro max wont ring when I'm watching videos. I dont have a focus set so I'm not sure why it won't ring.

iPhone won’t ring while on video!! I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and I just got it. I’ve noticed while I’m on Facebook or any video streaming platform watching a video that my phone will not Interupt the video and ring aloud. I can set it to banner style and it will only drop a small banner with the call but not cancel any sound from the video nor stop the video from playing. If I set it to full screen notification it will stop the video from playing and have a full screen notification but it will NOT ring aloud. So if I’m not looking directly at the phone or if I’ve dozed off watching a video or don’t have my eyes directly on the screen I will not see the call. Hope that makes sense, bc this is sooo frustrating. Can anyone help!?!?

Phone won’t ring when watching any video Phone won’t ring when watching a video on Facebook or YouTube. I’m not in silent mode, not in a concentration mode and the Attention aware feature is turned off. This is a iOS 16 bug, not an app issue. Would someone know how to fix this ?

iPhone not ringing while watching videos (FB, Instagram, YouTube) Hey everyone, Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and found a real fix. My iPhone doesn’t ring when I’m watching videos on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube. It’ll sometimes ring once, then the call banner pops up and then silence. Been dealing with this since before Nov ’24. I’ve gone through troubleshooting with Apple support multiple times. It’s always the same routine: “Let’s try this… maybe it’s your VPN… maybe it’s a focus mode…” At this point, it just feels like guesswork, not solutions. I feel like it’s a deeper issue on the software side, they always divert. I’ve even been told it will be fixed this next update. But it’s doesn’t happen Anyone here actually fix this issue? I’m open to real advice, not another round of “try restarting or resetting or take it to get checked “. I have a recently new iPhone 14. And am running public up to date
