Clips app not showing on iOS Share Sheet

I am following the directions in this support article about importing video into the Clips app:

Import and export videos in Clips - Apple Support

It states that when in the Files app, to tap on the video and then tap the Share icon. It also states that the Clips app should appear as an option to share to, but it doesn't.

How can I get Clips and other apps to show up. They are not even there after clicking the Edit menu, which is normally used to add more apps to the Share Sheet.

Thank you.

Actually, I think I understand. The steps under "Import a video" are for importing a Clips project file that was previously exported using the steps on that same page (under "Export a video"). These files have the ".clipspkg" file extension. For example, "Project 1.clipspkg".

To import photos/videos saved in the Files app on your iPhone, you would need to first save them to the Photos app, then use the steps on the following page to import into Clips ("Add photos and clips from your library"):

Make a video in Clips - Apple Support

Hope that helps.
