text limits- parental controls outside of downtime

i want to only allow texts to my child from certain contacts - not all contact...& not just during downtime...he has lost his privlege of texting his friends. I want to specify that only texts from immediate family are to be allowed any and all times to/from his cell....how do i do that? also is there a way to get all his texts sent to me automatically
