iPhone 13 Mini cellular not working after iOS 16.3.1

Why did my phone lose not work with T-Mobile after 16.3.1?

I did restart a few times. The primary SIM was greyed out and I did a message chat with Apple. As we discussed what to do the primary SIM ended up popping up in use again and the phone re-connected to T-Mobile. It was very odd. Not sure if the apple support did something or it just took 45 minutes to start working again. It was very strange.

There is no Cellular menu in the Settings.

When the phone updates, it will reboot. After a restart, you must enter the PIN code for your SIM or eSIM, otherwise your iPhone will not connect to the cellular network.

You can enter your PIN code here:

Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN

If this didn't help, try restarting your iPhone again.

Can you see Mobile Data in the Settings menu?

Try removing the SIM card from your iPhone and reinserting it. Also do a restart.
