If you are using your Apple Music subscription to play music you must be online to do so. If you have ‘purchased’ the song instead of the subscription you should be able to play it offline.
Well, what happens when you try? Are you given some kind of message or reason? We can’t help unless we have some details.
It says its downloaded but when im offline it doesn’t work its just isnt playin it
