AirPlay and Apple TV app not working on LG TV

Just bought a new tv. I can log in to everything but can't get AirPlay or my Apple App to work. Error messages: Verification Failed. There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment and try again. Error Code N/63/f391CC.


AirPlay error tells me that AirPlay is not turned on (TV). But the AirPlay is turned on.


I've tried resetting TV, internet network, and making sure the software is up to date.


Is this an Apple issue or do I need to return my LG tv?

The first thing we recommend is making sure your LG TV model is listed as compatible with AirPlay: Home app - Accessories - Apple


If it is, let us know more details:


-Which device are you using to AirPlay from? Do you have multiple devices that you can test?

-Do you have another network you can try? For example, some home networks are split and have a 2.4GHz band and a 5GHz
