my apple watch face is so dark that i cannot see it well
how can i restore it???? battery change???

Using your watch, open Settings, scroll down to Display & Brightness and click on it.
There is a slider here. Can you slide it to the right or is it already all the way?
You can also get to this setting using the Watch app on your paired iPhone.
