Cannot connect using ssl

Bad certificate format -9,808 I’ve been having this problem since the 18.3.1 upgrade. Is there a solution? My emails are not being sent and i don’t know why. I get the message that says “bad certificate format -9,808.” Is this on my phone/computer? Or is this a problem with my email provider? There phone gives me the 9808 warning, but my Mail likewise does not recognize my emails.

My bt e mail will not set up, it says can’t set up in SSL, it’s been working for years before bt blocked it due to someone trying to access it, they told me to uninstall then re install, it will not reinstall Bt internet re installing
