MacBook Pro M2 Max external display flickering

I just got a MacBook Pro with an Apple M2 Max chip running macOS 13.2.1 (22D68).

Sometimes, depending on the content of the screen (a given webpage, PowerPoint welcome screen), the external monitor shows some vertical grey lines, either statically or flashing (see the latter on the following video).

It's hard for me to be able to consistently reproduce this bug.

Furthermore, if I change the display profile, the flickering goes away only to come back when different content is shown on the screen.

The external monitor specs are:

LG HDR 4K:
  Resolution: 3840x2160 (2160p/4K UHD 1 - Ultra High Definition)
  UI Looks like: 3840 x 2160 @ 60.00Hz

The device is connected with an HDMI cable directly pugged in the laptop port.
