Welcome tomik111,

We have some information that can help ensure you have the answers and support you need. Check out the link on this page to learn more on how to route and automatically answer calls on your iPad: Route and automatically answer calls on iPad.

1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing, then choose an audio destination.
2. Tap Auto-Answer Calls, turn on Auto-Answer Calls, then set the duration of time before the call is answered by tapping the Decrement button or the Increment button.

As it says there, the iPad can be set to automatically answer calls after a specific duration.

We hope this information helps you out.

Kind regards!
