I don’t know why but when I made a new memo It be default called the memo a full name. I looked it up and it was the name of my neighbour who lived there 8 years ago. The weird part is that he sadly passed away just before his family moved back then.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, does your iPhone need updating to iOS 16.3.1? Do you have a recent backup for the data in your iPhone in iCloud or your computer? If not, we recommend that you create one as described here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
