Yesterday I've bought new MacBook 14 M1 PRO and the first app that I've downloaded was Xcode. It took about 15 minutes for installation. But as I click on it - nothing happens. I mean, its icon jumps, then stops and then nothing happens. If anyone had the same problem and knows what to do, please, help me!
Xcode takes a while to unpack and verify at first launch.
On the older Ventura-capable Intel Mac, the download and unpack and verify took an hour or so.
If you’ve waited and Xcode is somehow stuck, delete the app, restart the Mac, re-download, and try again.

It's alright. The problem was because of my IOS. It was not latest.
