Getting tired of apple music bugs ... when will you fix these please?

Hi,


First, let me say that I do not need the “sorry you have issue” standard message, I know the workaround for these bugs, I am just very annoyed to keep having to do them, so my real questions is “when will Apple solve these application issues”


I use Apple Music on a Samsung phone. There are some application bugs that are really getting annoying and one big missing feature.


Let’s start with the major missing feature:

It is great that we have Hi-Res Lossless, however the only way to stream lossless is by connecting my phone to the dac with a USB cable … this is 10 years ago technology.


Also, AirPlay is not the solution, since it do not permit Hi-Res, it even does not support lossless.


When will Apple allow various applications to stream lossless with full HI-Res quality without using a cable?


Now with the annoying bugs

1. This content is not authorized Error code 44966

This I have almost every day, each time I need to logout and log back in + go to setting to put all back since at each logout, the settings are reset


P.S. I see IOS users also have this issue


2. This content is not authorized Error code 0

This one I get when I open the application, even before I tried to play something. Usually, it is followed by “Error code 44966” when I tried to play something


3 Unable to cast to Chromecast

This happens less often, about one or twice a month. Usually require logout, cache clean and sometimes reboot phone or, if nothing works, remove apple music from phone and reinstall.


I did call support twice for this and they are clueless about it, all they have to say is “we do not support Chromecast”, however the issue is not with Chromecast as everything else works A1 (each time Apple refuse to cast, Spotify Free worked A1 as well as Google Home Casting)


4. Error message “Can’t open Apple Music, try delete data “

This is a new one, got it twice so far. I did remove and reinstall app (again) to fix this


5. There was a network error, you are not connected

This one used to be almost every day but I have not seen it in the last 2 weeks. The issue is really not with my network as all is working and speed test show it is going full speed, the issue is at Apple. The only solution is to wait and wait until it comes back. If it does not comes back, remove and reinstall application (again)


6. Pop up advertising family plan

Hey, I am paying my account and do not need to upgrade, please stop hassling me with this. I get this almost daily



So these are the issues for which I do not see any intent from Apple to fix so far, actually it seems Apple is not aware of it … even if there are many messages about these all over the place.


So please, can you confirm you know about these and pretty please, confirm that you will fix this, as even if I like Apple Music selection and playlists, I am about to get fed-up to the point of going to another streaming service.
