Slow reminders Solved!

If your reminders app is running slow or dial keeps turning with or without a successful iCloud sync, simply follow these steps:

1- Open reminders —> choose “Completed” tab and delete all completed reminders.

2- Repeat step 1 on your other Apple devices.

3- Make sure there are NO completed reminders are left on any of your devices.

4- Look for reminders that didn’t sync across all your devices and delete them.

You can now use reminders without a hitch ✌🏻

Reminders in macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 is slow Reminders is syncing between my Mac, iPhone and iPad using iCloud, and on the Mac it is crazy slow. On launch it might take a minute before it shows current state, whereas phone and tablet are immediate. Updating status of a reminder (toggle doneness) makes it think a long time, changing view between Today, Scheduled, All, etc., causes long pause, etc. Something seems broken. If it was possible I'd remove and reinstall it, but I don't think it is. I've turned off then back on iCloud to get a fresh sync, which doesn't make a difference afterwards. Any advice is appreciated. I have 125 reminders, which seems like a small amount re syncing. Apple M1 Max, running Sonoma 14.1.1.

Reminder app problem I have a iphone 11 pro and M1 Pro macbook pro 14 inch, osx monteray the reminder app doesnt work properly as when i put a reminder on iphone it doesnt sync with icloud or macbook pro at all even after have high speed internet. it doesnt even sync if i put a reminder on my macbook pro to iphone or icloud, tried many things also refreshed the calender app also but ntg happens and even apple wasnt able to solve the problem please help me if someone can thanks in advance samit

My reminders app isn’t working after ios18 update. I have tried restoring it and it just spins and I am not receiving any notifications for my reminders.
