I found evidence that I’m being remotely accessed I found info showing I have a Rat and that my codes have been rewritten and all sorts of malware. I have tried everything Even tmobiles IT department says they are at a loss as what to do it’s way over his area of expertise and that it’s definitely going on, but feels bad for me. Doesn’t know what I should do and Apple is blowing me off. What do I do

Like everyone else I’ve been hacked I hear everybody say that nobody can control an iPhone remotely. I’ve taken my phone to the sheriffs department & made a complaint. They saw things moving on my screen and saw the microphone come in by itself! It’s been about three weeks now it’s progressively gotten worse. I keep getting text messages saying “I’m watching you” saying “I can see how fast you’re going, slow down”! It’s just scary. I got no help from T-Mobile, Apple keeps telling me it’s completely impossible because of course when they’re doing their thing in my phone, nothing‘s moving and everything’s where it should be. And actually as I’m typing this whoever’s hacking me just turned on the noise for my keypad so I’m beeping every time I text. I don’t know who I can get help from, but I did go to the local Cleveland, Ohio branch of Federal Bureau investigations, and I was able to file a complaint with their Internal crime complaint center for Internet crimes. I’m hoping that somehow they can help me because I can’t get this out of my phone or my iPad and they are not linked anymore. I’m pretty sure this is an ex-boyfriend, but I don’t know how he got this on my phone.If anybody has any advice to help me, I would really appreciate it cause I’m at my wits end. Have I been hacked? I think my neighbour has possibly hacked my phone. I’ve had all the signs, battery drained, phone gets hot & is really slow, strange noises on calls, screen lights up for no reason etc. I recently learned she had a key for my house & has been running her devices from my WiFi. I didn’t set this phone up for sometime, it was left in my house for a few months before I used it so she could have done something then. I’ve tried the *# code and no calls were being forwarded etc. But I’m certain she’s accessing at least my social media’s, imessages & WhatsApp. I was wondering if the following things could be signs of either spyware or cloning. Or if anyone can help? instagram app on settings show a “version” & “branch” no other apps do & I’ve had logins that weren’t me. Finding apps contacting “firebase” domain a lot when trying to call someone back via WhatsApp from my phone call log it has shown the number is “6262” or says number not available on WhatsApp? App Store seems to be showing apps that show Chinese writing as the creators (not sure if this is unusual I’ve just never noticed that before). I have checked for Cydia & it doesn’t seem to be on my phone. im not very tech savvy so apologies if any of this doesn’t make sense. I appreciate it sounds a bit crazy, but this woman is OBSESSED with me. Shes stolen things & damaged my cars so many times. When she had WiFi access she would regularly pause and unpause my devices… she’s a very odd woman who I’m sure would get a kick out of accessing my private messages/accounts. WIFE and STEPSON harassed me for 2 years utilizing spyware Dear Apple Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with cyberstalking and harassment that has deeply impacted my life. Over the past two years, my phone has been compromised multiple times, leading to an invasion of my privacy, theft of sensitive information, and constant emotional distress. I first noticed suspicious activity when I would hear strange sounds during phone calls with clients—sounds like bong rips, a baby crying, or horns honking. It felt orchestrated, as if someone was using a soundboard to interfere. To make matters worse, private conversations I had—both on calls and in text messages—would later be referenced in court or used in passive-aggressive comments, making it clear my device was being monitored. I decided to investigate and used a program called iMazing, which confirmed spyware on my phone. Tracing backups revealed the issue existed as far back as early 2023. Despite wiping my phone, avoiding cloud syncing, and staying offline, the spyware would reinstall within a day. At first, I thought I was being paranoid, but my fears were confirmed during a court trial. While in the courtroom, I overheard the opposing party’s son boasting about "hacking my phone." A friend who was present recorded his statements, which included details about my location, intercepted messages, video footage of private moments, and even "honeypot" conversations I had set up as traps. The recording also captured a critical moment during a recess: as the opposing party exited the courtroom, her son said, "Well, Mom hacked his Dropbox," to which she replied, "Not until after he hacked mine." I can state with absolute certainty that I never accessed her Dropbox or any of her accounts. From my research, I believe the software used against me included MobileSpy, mSpy, and a geofencing tool from Bark. I also observed unusual network activity, such as spikes in RDP and MAC connections, when analyzing traffic with Wireshark. I am asking for Apple’s assistance to investigate this matter further. Specifically: Does Apple retain historical records of IP addresses, device connections, or other logs tied to my account or devices? Is there any way Apple can provide information to support my claim and help trace the sources of this intrusion? I am more than willing to provide the data I have collected, including screenshots, recordings, logs, and backups. My goal is to put an end to this cyberstalking and harassment, which has caused immense emotional distress and disrupted my personal and professional life. On a broader note, this situation highlights an important issue: abuse is not limited by gender. Men can also be victims of emotional, physical, and cyber abuse. When dealing with a narcissistic abuser, the journey to justice can feel isolating and overwhelming. Probably you are field testing your device's Carrier.

You may check the current LTE band by dialing *3001#12345#* and pressing call button and then selecting serving cell info option

This is neither a malware nor anyone is controlling your device.
