RAT

I found evidence that I’m being remotely accessed I found info showing I have a Rat and that my codes have been rewritten and all sorts of malware. I have tried everything Even tmobiles IT department says they are at a loss as what to do it’s way over his area of expertise and that it’s definitely going on, but feels bad for me. Doesn’t know what I should do and Apple is blowing me off. What do I do

Probably you are field testing your device's Carrier.


You may check the current LTE band by dialing *3001#12345#* and pressing call button and then selecting serving cell info option


This is neither a malware nor anyone is controlling your device.
