1Password 8 and Safari Extension are not talking to each other.

Has the time come to delete 1Password and its files and start over. Safari Extension and 1Pw8 are not synching?

1Password is a 3rd party app, so support offered here in the Apple Support Communities may be limited. However, there are a few steps we can recommend that you follow to help with the sync issues you're experiencing.


First, restart your device. Often this simple step will refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter. Steps for how to restart will vary by device.



If this does not help to correct the issue, you'll want to make sure the software on your device is up-to-date. Here are some steps that can help you out:



If the issue remains, open the App Store on your device, and check to make sure that the all your apps are up-to-date. If not, update the apps.
