Try plugging in your charger again. If possible, try a different charger and a different cable if you have it available. Then try holding the Power Button - a battery symbol appears, so wait until your iPhone has sufficient power. If the phone turns on, fine. If not, try doing a forced restart:
1. Press and quickly release Volume Up
2. Press and quickly release Volume Down
3. Press and hold the Side Button until your iPhone restarts. Release when you see the Appl
