AirPods Pro stuck in Transparency mode

My AirPods Pro get stuck in Tansparency Mode even though it shows that I have selected the Noise Cancellation mode. I have factory reset the IPods Pro also, but still there is no use

It also not doing the ear tip tests

Why do my AirPods Pro automatically switch to Transparency mode? my airpod pros have recently started switching automatically to transparency mode, and i cannot turn it off. when i try to do so, i hear three quick beeps and the headphones return to transparency mode/ANC mode. why can’t i turn either mode off? i’ve tried resetting the airpods, forgetting the device, etc. which works for about 5 minutes, but then the transparency mode notification beeps and i can’t turn it off. AirPods Max’s transparency mode becomes muffled with loud noises When I have transparency mode on my AirPods Max and a loud noise like a dog bark is heard sounds become muffled then returns back to normal slowly, is there any reason for this?
