Apple ID and itunes store related issue

Sir On my iphone x i have login my apple id to my apple app store but when i try to download something then it shows error to sign in itunes store then i try to reviews and give all personal details and reigon etc and try to complete my process but After this it cannot complete my process and ask to contact Itune supports . And also my itunes app does not opens . And now i can't download anything or use anything . Please help me

You may find the fastest route to resolution would be to accept the invitation in the redacted image to contact Apple for assistance with this.

To contact iTunes Support, do this:

1. Click on this link --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

2. Select your country

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
