Screentime bug iOS 16. Child blocked my apple id contact and bypassed all my screentime parental controls.

My child blocked me on iMessage. I discovered that by doing just this, he was able to hide all his activities and prevent me from further limiting his apps. This is a major flaw. As my child does not live with me, I cannot control anything. His screentime last updated time shows days ago. Any help possible?
