How do I remove screen shots from my Home Screen?

On your Mac:

With Finder > File > New Window you can view all your folders in that new window.

You can create a new folder for the screenshots, or drag them to any existing folder.

or

To delete the screenshots you can move (or drag) files from the desktop to the bin / trash.
