I am thinking about getting the Apple Watch SE with GPS and cellular, however, my phone is currently with Tesco mobile and I know this isn’t supported for cellular on the Apple Watch. If I were to buy the cellular watch and change my phone provider once my contract is up, can I then activate the cellular part and just use the GPS aspect for now? Or do I already have to have a supported network provider. Thanks

You do not need to activate cellular or have a supported network provider. You can use Apple Watch without cellular service until you are ready to activate it with no issue.
