Rented movie wont play
I rented a movie and it's saying its playing on another device and wont play, impossible for it to be on another device as this is the first time I have used apple TV

If you have an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or PC with iTunes with the same Apple ID account, then see if it improves when the Apple TV app (iTunes application) on any of those device is properly quit.
Else contact Apple Support for assistance.
