It appears you may have a disabled mobile device or forgotten device passcode. Refer to this support article for various methods that you can use to resolve this. If you end up having to use a computer and you do not have one, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also use a PC with iTunes. You will likely also need your Apple ID and password.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer; use a friend's one or a store's display model.

If there's an option to erase it, you can use that instead.

Unless you previously backed the iPhone up, there's no longer anywhere to put the passcode.
