Find my phone can’t connect to server
My phone has “Share My Location” on but when I search for a friend I see the message “Unable to connect to server.Please try again later.” I was told that their Find My was on. What should I do?

We understand that you have enabled Share My Location. However, you receive an error message when trying to search for a friend. We suggest that verify that you and your friend have enabled Location Services as well. This can be found in in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Find My.
