How to delete memoji from login screen OS Ventura

Suddenly my Memoji is now appearing on my login screen (OS Ventura). While I like it elsewhere, I want to delete it from my login or Lock Screen. I know about ways to change it through User's and Groups but how can I remove it from just the login screen?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2

you need something there— even if it is the default generic

Change a user's login picture on Mac - Apple Support

Change a password or user picture on Mac - Apple Support

you can try changing to "name and password" — see what that does(?)

verify in your Contacts.app if you changed it there... make then match is a possibility.

As far as I can remember, this is how it works. If you are logged in to an account, and you put your mac to sleep, or lock the screen, you are prompted for your password or touch id.

If you totally don't want this, then you can choose "Login Window..." from the Fast User Switching menu, before putting your mac to sleep. It is an extra step but does what you seem to want.

If you don't see the Fast User Switching menu on the right side of the menu bar, go to System Settings->Control Center and make sure that it is turned on for the menu bar, the Control Center or both:
