Wireless Mouse won't scroll - MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

My logitech mouse worked fine on my old MacBook (running Ventura 13.2.1) but the scroll button no longer works on my new MacBook.

I've called Support twice - no luck.

Anyone know how to fix this?

(I tried System Settings / TrackPad / turn off Natural and that worked until I restarted my computer, and now the scroll button on the mouse won't work.)

scroll wheel on 3rd party mouse I’ve recently bought a new mouse for my MacBook, specifically the Logitech g502, everything else about it works fine, but the scrolling is inconsistent. the scrolling speed seems to bounce around a lot and I’ve never had this problem when using the Magic Mouse, is there a fix to this?

Third party mouse only scrolling in one direction Hi, I'm on a 2017 macbook pro running on Ventura 13.2.1 and have some issues with my mouse scrolling. Whenever I connect my steelseries rival 3 wireless mouse (both bluetooth and dongle) the scrolling only goes in one direction. When I scroll up, it goes down. When I scroll down, it goes down. I've had the same problem with different mice (logitech mx master 3) on my computer and I know it isn't the mice hardware because on a friend's, windows, laptop it works fine. For both mice I have updated firmare and downloaded their respective company's software.
