Mouse highlight overlay
Just got a account setup and didn't know how to fix the mouse highlight overlay very frustrating and keeps coming up on the screen.

Go to Accessibility in settings click on keyboard under MOTOR and turn off FULL keyboard access.
I came across this problem and messed with this setting without realising what I had done. I am a first time MAC user thought it would be nice for other people in case they came across this as well.
