Hello

My USB Superdrive not connecting to my new Mac Book which doesn't have USB ports anymore.

Ive connected in an external piece that can ntake USB's and will connect to the NEW Mac Book. A disc is stuck inside as well to make matters more intense.

I hope someone may be able to offer assistance.

Your MacBook does indeed till have USB ports, they’re just not USB-A style anymore. You need a USB-A to USB-C adapter and your Superdrive will work just fine. My Superdrvie works with this adapter on my Mac Studio.
