Hello, I bought a phone from a person under the brand name iPhone, 12 models. Before that, the previous owner of the phone spoke on his SIM card in my presence. The SIM card was from Kazakhstan. I really liked the phone, in all respects I bought it for 40 thousand rubles. After the deal, the previous owner reset all the phone settings and left. I, in turn, faced such a problem: inserting a SIM card is activated and then writes that the SIM card is invalid. There is a box for the phone. The phone was activated by me without a SIM card. What to do in this situation, the "reStory" service refused to help and advised you to contact the official support of apple. Is it possible to remove this lock?
