Yale Lock Added to Apple Home Kit , Invite to share control with new user was sent , but it's not shown on recipient Home App/Home Settings

Something is incorrect with the new Yale Smart Lock or Apple Home Connect Control Sharing process . I purchased a new Yale Lock with Yale Home Access Kit few days ago. To install and add Yale lock to the Yale access application, I followed the instructions at "https://www.yalehome.com/au/en/support/product-support/smart-locks-support/yale-access-support/yale-access-module". The access was then enabled for Home Kit and successfully tested using both applications ( Yale Access + Apple Home Kit ) . I created a new user in Yale App as the owner, and the new user successfully added her access to the Yale Lock using the Yale Access App. However, when I attempted to add new users to Home Kit access or to share Home Control access with a new user via Yale Application, the invite was properly sent to the apple ID of a new user , but it was not shown in the new user's Home Kit app. basically there is no "Invite Section "  in  this path Hoe Settings / Invitation "

how to add both users to the same Home Kit ?

Hello baharbahrami,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you have some questions about your Apple Home Kit, and inviting people share control, and we'd like to help. The following link may be able to assist, as it walks through steps on how to Share control of your home.

As it looks like you went through the steps, the bottom part of that article may be the most beneficial:

If you can't share control of a home
•To invite people to control your home while you're away and edit permissions for them, you need to set up a home hub. If you don't have a home hub set up, you can only invite people when you're home and connected to your home Wi-Fi network. Matter-enabled accessories require a home hub, such as Apple TV 4K or HomePod mini.
•If Home has been upgraded to the new Home architecture, you must set up a home hub to share control of your home.
•You and the people you invite need the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
•Make sure that you and the people you invite are signed in to iCloud on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. In iCloud settings, turn on Home.
•Make sure that you and the people you invite haven't blocked each other's phone number or Apple ID. Learn how to manage blocked phone numbers, contacts, and emails on iPhone or iPad and how to manage blocked callers on Mac.

If you still need help, please Contact Apple Support to look into this further.

Regards.
