iPhone 11 keypad issues

Hello community,

Every time I make a call to (say) a bank or other business that requires me to key extra numbers for a particular area (press 1 for blah, 2 for blah blah, 3 for blah blah blah and so on...) those keyed numbers don't work and the call is terminated. Every time. So trying to get a hold of my bank, or my local shire council, or my electricity provider, or even my workplace all end in the call being terminated.

Has anyone else had this issue? I need to contact my bank and am unable to do so!!
