Hello yardstudio,

It sounds like you need help with ensuring iCloud Drive is synced with your PC. If so, be sure your PC meets the minimum requirements outlined in the article here and found below: System requirements for iCloud

"iCloud Drive

iCloud Drive is available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC.

  • iOS 8
  • OS X Yosemite
  • Windows 10 with iCloud for Windows 10 or later"

You can also check your setting with the help of the guide page here: Set up iCloud Drive on your Windows computer There's also helpful information here: What can you do with iCloud on a Windows computer?

If needed, see if there's a communication error or any security software is blocking your connection with iCloud. Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software

You can also test your network by using the iCloud website directly to see if you can sign in as expected. Should the issue remain, reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.
