Lost all my safari tabs

I have lost all my safari tabs, the ones I have open on my phone, this happened 3 times. What is the problem here? I close 1 tab and open 1 new tab, then the search bar disappears and all open tabs also disappear. And it's not in the tab closing history either. Simply everything just disappears for no reason, and I've had this happen 3 times, important tabs I haven't saved yet.

In addition, there are keyboard errors in the appstore, errors not being able to enter the main screen. In the past 2 years, ios has more bugs. I've been using ios for 10 years but recently it's not working anymore

So sad. Can’t upload video here

Hello Hungwuynh,

We understand you have a few issues with your iPhone, particularly your Safari tabs disappearing. We have some questions to help narrow down what might be going on, and some suggested steps to walk through.

  1. Which iOS version do you have installed? (Go to Settings > General > About)
  2. Are you using Safari Private Browsing?
  3. Are these tabs pinned?
  4. Do you have iCloud Tabs enabled? (Set up and use iCloud Tabs - Apple Support)
  5. If you use iCloud Tabs, do you have other Apple devices that see the same tabs?

We'd first recommend updating your iOS to the latest, if it isn't already. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to install any updates. Then, restart your device and test Safari tabs. Also note if you notice any pattern or length of time when the tabs seem to disappear. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards.
