My mice does not work after waking up(macOS Ventura)

I've used the Logitech mice(lift) connecting with the USB channel through Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter.

After waking up the mac, it does not work... It occurs after I updated macOS to Ventura.

I should reconnect the USB receiver with the adapter again to use it. (Turning off the mice and on does not work).

Do you know how to fix it?

Hey jjgrain,

We suggest trying the steps in this article if you're having trouble with a USB device on your Mac: If a USB device doesn’t work with Mac - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, please let us know the following:

Does the mouse not work at all after updating to Ventura? Or is it only after waking your Mac from sleep?

Also, if you unplug the receiver and adapter, then plug them back in, does the issue persist or is there any change?

Let us know and we'll follow up from there.

Cheers!
