Revolut

Have had Apple, Apple cash, Apple card and have used Apple Pay for some time. Have used my Wallet no problem. Iphone 12pro. I added a Revolut card/app as will be traveling in Europe latter this year. You can load and use it at ATMs or use card at merchants with less hassle and no exchange fees. It touts itself as easy to use with Apple Pay. You load money in USD, convert to EURO at the current rate etc etc and then use abroad with no fees. However Apple Pay is declined when I try to load. I can pull money from my bank to Revolut on their iOS app. I can go to Wallet and push money to Revolut. But Revolut is set up to pull money from using Apple pay (Apple cash) to Revolut directly on its app and it suggests that this is the easy way to use it. It is instant. But It does not work for me. It appears to be working for many others. Apple declines any transfer repeatedly. I have cash in Apple cash. I have everything in my wallet. I took Revolut out of my Wallet and re-added it. Revolut says it is an Apple issue. I was on the phone with two folks from Apple support last evening, and they said they could not help me with anything having to do with a third party app (the Revolut app) and suggested I just push from Wallet to Revolut. But there is a fee for instant, otherwise I have to wait 1-3d. Revolut touts that it works well with Apple Pay and Google Pay and if I use the Revolut app to PULL it using Apple Pay, and there is no charge and it is instant and secure. But Apple declines, and says when I call they are not blocking my transactions. Anyone have this issue?
