How to remove my phone number from my business page

I've claimed the business and it looks like we had a recent update to the way the business page looks and acts (with more functionality!) but we have to have a phone number now. We do NOT use a phone, just a Google Voice, and we discourage people from calling it and trying to make orders as we don't monitor it, everything is either online or in person. I don't see a way to delete the number and I don't want to just put a dummy number in and make people angry, I want to delete it as I used to have it, and as all other platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) allow me to do. Thank you!
